Sonalyze was born from a very concrete observation: at Marc's place, the downstairs neighbors complained about his constant footsteps on old parquet flooring, while he endured pornographic filming sessions in the middle of the night from above. Yet noise is one of the primary causes of discomfort in housing — but its evaluation remains complex, fragmented, and often comes too late.

So we brought together acoustic expertise, smart sensors and AI to create a continuous approach:
