Acoustic diagnosis
Specializing in the recording and analysis of noise pollution within real estate properties. These recordings are made over a period that can vary from 24 hours to one week, by intermediaries (real estate agents, brokers, experts) or directly by the Company's teams, using recording devices placed in the properties concerned. These devices record sounds for the defined duration, then the audio files are retrieved either by direct extraction from the memory card or by secure transfer in accordance with European standards.
Data analysis and processing
Once the recordings are obtained, processing them with an algorithm owned by the Company, based on deep learning models capable of recognizing and categorizing the recorded sounds into different categories, including sounds of interior, adjoining or exterior origin. The algorithm timestamps each sound and measures the decibels according to the desired granularity. A detailed report is then generated and made available to the customer via a secure user account accessible on an online platform (website and mobile application under development).
In-depth analysis of acoustic weaknesses
Conduct an in-depth analysis of the acoustic weaknesses of the property, cross-referencing them with the property plans to precisely locate the origin of noise pollution (doors, windows, ceilings, floors, pipes, etc.). Based on this analysis, improvement recommendations are formulated, including an estimate of the reduction in noise pollution in decibels and an assessment of associated costs.
Diverse clientele
To offer its services to a diverse clientele, in B2B (Business to Business) and B2C (Business to Consumer). The main target market segments are real estate agencies, real estate brokers, individuals, hotel companies, property managers, real estate developers and public authorities. The services offered include:
- The sale, rental or free loan of recording devices to intermediaries to enable them to build up a fleet of devices for making sound recordings at their customers' premises.
- The sale of acoustic diagnoses valid for a period of five (5) years, applicable to real estate properties.
- The sale of audio analysis services, depending on opportunities, such as audio track analysis on behalf of organizations such as the National Police.
- A business brokering activity for acoustic improvement work on real estate properties.
- The sale or rental of collected data subject to applicable legislation.
